UI isnt compatible with iOS 9 / iPhone 6 and above

Its great app so far with e-tunai. Always use that in Gong Cha, however, it would be nice to see BIBD introduce Apple Pay!

I have explore the app & it is very usefull, now my financing need is mobile. Means less driving time to the atm or bank. Excellent move bibd. Tq

Good move. User friendly. Easy to use and the app is quite fast capturing on clicking what is needed.

Hahahahaha On a serious note, well done BIBD for launching this banking apps, its a big step and the first bank in Brunei to introduce this kind of app? Anyway something nice to have is the automatic fund transfer to be featured in this app, system can query the owner of the account when inputting a/c no. using the fund transfer

I have to say that compared to most other banks in Brunei, BIBD has really stepped up and made very strong considerations on the number of smart phone users and tapped in on the high usages. Thanks for bringing banking to our finger tips!

makes my life a lot easier. Now i dont have to go just to check if my allowance is in or otherwise; saves up my car fuel too!

Gives an error message when trying to log in. This would be a very convenient app if only it is functional.

After update, online payment for DST com "reference no.1" is not clickable, i cant enter my reference no, but the other reference boxes works fine. Pls fix!

Assalammualaikum An easy and convenient app to use. Makes banking easier, with no requirement of having to go to the atm for simple errands to check our balance or to transfer funds. Or even pay bills! A suggestion to improve the app - When using the atm to transfer funds to a 3rd party, after keying in the account number, the owners name is displayed ensuring we are transfering to the correct account. However, in the mobile app, once keying in the account number, no name is displayed hence giving doubts if it is correct. Please improve this feature. I have also set-up the app by keying in my mobile number to notify once salary is transfered monthly. However, I have received no text message once my salary is deposited into my account. Please check if this is working. Thank you Thank you

Very nice app and Im supporting this app.. The only problem Im facing is unable to log-in.. Everytime I tried to log-in, it will say Invalid Parameters. Why is that??
